Q: How did you get into hospitality and/or become GM/Owner?
A: I started back in 1997 in Housekeeping. I became interested in the Hospitality industry when I was promoted to Front Desk in 2004.

Q: Are you a Kenora Native? If not, how did you end up in Kenora?
A: I was born & raised in Winnipeg, MB - moved to Kenora in 1993.

Q: What do you love most about your accommodation?
A: We feel like HOME, there is always a friendly helpful face waiting to welcome you back. We are proud to be #1 on tripadvisor for 5 years strong.

Q: What do you love most about Kenora? (such as a park, trail, lake, the people, food, restaurant, general location of Kenora, etc.)
A: Our location can not be beat, our lake life is the best way to live. There are numerous hiking trails & so many great people here.

Q: What is your favourite music? (artist, album, genre, era, etc.)
A: Country & 80's

Q: Something you would recommend all tourists visit while staying in Kenora?
A: Take a ride on the M.S Kenora or the Grace Anne! It's the best way to explore our beautiful lake! Stop in at Green Adventures & rent a paddle board/canoe or kayak.

Q: Favourite fish to catch? (optional, if you fish)
A: Walleye are the best ones to catch (to eat) & Jack fish are the funnest to catch for the fight.

Q: Favourite movie?
A: Juliana and the Medicine Fish (SHORT) because it was filmed in Kenora on beautiful Lake of the Woods! LOL
