The Kenora Inn Motel, often referred to as The Inn, is a 10 room family run motel. We know you are conscious about your budget, so are we! So with that in mind, we offer no frills services while still making sure your needs are met (clean and comfortable rooms, dedicated WiFi, refrigerators, microwaves and coffee in each room). We offer single or double occupancy rooms, and even a full kitchen (its fully equipped, just bring your food! Sorry, cook not included).

Our goal is to make sure you are happy, as a happy customer is a repeat customer!

I (Colleen) landed in Kenora in 1999, with William arriving in 2010, after we met and married. I purchased the Inn in 2007, after working for the former owner as a chamber maid and front desk clerk and we haven’t looked back since!

Running a motel comes with its own unique set of perks, but I’d have to say that number one perk is our customers (I know, everyone will say that!). I often brag on our Facebook page that we hands down have the best customers in the world. We have a staggering amount of repeat guests and even a few who arrange their dates to make sure we have availability for them. Now, thats loyalty!!

As a couple, we don’t have much time away from the Inn, as we do it all ourselves, but when we do get a chance to sneak away, we love to explore all the nature and trails that are in the Kenora area…with Rushing River and Tunnel Island being two stand out favorites. We have been known to fit in a meal at LOTW BrewCo or Bob’s Burgers or if pinched for time, a coffee from Iron & Clay. We highly recommend these activities to anyone who has a few hours to devote to exploring Kenora. If you dont have time to explore, grab a chair, some sun outside your room and you might even get to say hi to the local herd of deer who love our grass lol.
